The Content Writer ensures all proposals are written according to consistent corporate guidelines to result in a professional document ready for presentation to the prospective customer, working to tight deadlines, while maintaining quality of the final deliverable. 3-4 years of content strategy and writing experience, with at least 1-2 years as an online content strategist and writer for large, public-facing company/websites.Support the bid and proposal management team in designing the structure of the content of the proposal; Identify pre-written content that may be available to start the development of the proposal; Take information provided by the individual contributors in the bid team (e.g.sales, knowledge experts) and re-write it into a consistent and excellent proposal style, ensuring consistency between the content contributed by different individuals (i.e.that the proposal has ''one voice'' throughout); Ensure that the key themes identified in the proposal strategy & storyboarding sessions are sufficiently explained; Analyze customer''s RFP for ''document'' requirements (e.g.printing/layout/packaging/ delivery requirements); Write a variety of material for content marketing platforms, including webinars, emails, white papers, newsletters, websites, landing pages, articles, how-to s, sell sheets, brochures, social media posts, etc.

Researches and writes online content for a company''s web site.Work as needed with graphic designers to develop layouts and information graphics based on your written content.Be flexible to modify writing based on the design as needed.Excellent at establishing one-on-one working relationships and credibility with (senior) staff in the business - able to ''critique'' and improve their draft proposal content, without creating any negative feeling.Highly organized - must know what content needs to be written, when, who it''s due in from, etc.

Able to work effectively on multiple, concurrent projects.Proposal writing samples required.
